One more backdated post

During last Dec holidays, our yi-yi (mummy’s 2nd sister) from UK came back for holidays. It had been 3 years since they were back and it’s also the first time they meet JoJo as during their previous visit, mummy was still 5 months pregnant with JoJo.

{*Note: mummy wanted to specially thank yi-yi for hand carrying all her “shopping” all the way back from UK especially the Snow White costume for JoJo.}

We didn’t really get to spend a lot of time with them this trip as their trip back to Penang was being postponed and “cut-short” due to their elder son Xiwen ko-ko, had contracted appendicitis on the day before they were supposed to come back to Penang from KL. So he was rushed to the hospital and had an emergency operation. Thank God he recuperated very well and recovered fast. So they still come back to Penang to visit our grandparents and we managed to spend 1~2 days together before we left for our KL trip.

Yi-yi and family stayed on in Penang to spend some time with our grandparents (while we were in KL) as they do not know when their next trip back to Malaysia will be. As they need to board their flights from KL back to UK, they returned to KL 2 days before we leave so we still managed to meet and catch-up with them a bit. In all, we only managed to spend 3~4 days with them this time. We really miss them a lot and hope that we could meet up again soon. Maybe next time, it’s our turn to visit them in UK?
